I had the pleasure of working with Ralston. He went above and beyond to get me the best prices for my needs. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was extremely polite. He got me a rental car so I could go to the doctor while my vehicle was being repaired. I wouldn't have been able to make my appointment had it not been for his assistance.

There are handful of people here that are nice and open with sharing information. If I dont get those people it makes for such a frustrating experience. I had to do a battery check, which I was told it would take 3 hours, but every time I went out for an update there was such an attitude. Another gentleman one of the nice ones Jermaine could see my frustration and offered help. He is the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars plus Jesse the manager is a pleasure. Not saying I need sunshine all day, but open communication and not making the costumers feel like there are annoying would be a good place to start. The guy who initially helped me then actively started to ignore me when I wanted an update, so unprofessional. This just perpetuates that service dealers dont feel like they have your best interest at heart or see you as a person rather someone to make money from.
