        I reached out for their expert tree care. I anticipated they would trim my apple tree so as to not impact this year's harvest. I heard nothing from them for months after I approved the work. I was on vacation when they showed up. No one confirmed the work, the tree shape, the pruning. I arrived home to find the tree trimmed in a fashion that was not what was agreed to and then months later received a bill. And to top it off we have no apples. Very disappointing. Service: Tree landscaping

        We had JFS for several years but finally switched to a different mower. Just got tired of their sloppiness and the total lack of meaningful communication. They are cheaper than other company but we get much more service for the money and the other guy listens to our requests
