Family and I decided to go in on a Saturday, no appointment. We were ready to buy something in our budget, but more so, we just wanted to look at the newer Kia models as we never owned but heard great things. We were greeted immediately and felt welcomed right away. We worked with Sales Person, Hassan who was attentive and eager to help us look at the models we planned, the Sorento and the Telluride. Eventually, this led us to meeting the General Manager, Cory who was a rockstar at helping us get everything we wanted within our budget. I could not begin stress enough how comfortable the process was with the team at Raceway Kia of Conshohocken. I'd highly recommend first time buyers and families to give them a shot to meet your needs. A+ customer service and wonderful people to get to know.

Overall, we had an excellent experience working with our salesperson Juan and the team at Raceway Kia when purchasing our Kia Telluride. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as we reviewed our options and asked tons of questions. Additional shout-outs to Tyler from the management team for helping to negotiate a deal that worked for us and John from the finance team who ensured all of our paperwork was in order. Highly recommend Raceway Kia for a friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure car buying experience.
