Woke up to find out I had a leak at the bottom of heating oil tank. I called 3 places and Enviromental Maintenance were the only company that answered. The realized my emergency and came out with In a hour. Incredible Customer Service and did a quick thorough job

Environmental Maintenance Company deserves more than 5 stars.
Someone once told me (seemingly as a joke) that there are two types of business people you should never trust: Used Car Salesman and Environmental Clean-up guys. I have now had experience with both and concur with that statement, with Environmental Maintenance Company being the exception.
My wife and I recently purchased an old house (1925) with a underground oil tank buried in the front yard. We converted our home into natural gas, so it was time to get the oil tank out of the yard. I did a Google search to find a company and came across Quick Environmental. Quick Environmental quickly fell into the "should never trust" category (bad communication, poor scheduling, sleazy business practices, etc.). So I ended up breaking that contract and signed a new contract with Jason from Environmental Maintenance.
Environmental Maintenance ended up removing the oil tank (1,000 gallon) and completing soil remediation (small hold in the tank). Jason was straightforward, honest, and great at communicating throughout the entire process - making a really stressful situation, seemingly stress-free.
A few months later, it's like the oil tank was never even there! 5+++ stars for Environmental Maintenance and Jason. Thank you!

Throughout the many months that EMC was handling the clean-up of our property, they were, at all times, polite and respectful, in addition to being thorough and extremely professional. Their work was above and beyond, not just during the clean-up process, but also when they were replacing the foundation of our house, the deck and retaining wall, and the grounds. Special kudos to Jason Charles who was in charge, but also to Al and Jesse. All of the men working on our project were top notch, but these guys deserve extra praise. Thank you, all of you!
Addendum (8-27-19): Besides all the positive comments above, I do have ONE negative. The "top soil" we got is more like concrete and we can't get anything in our garden to grow. Plus, the "grass" seed is more like weed seed. Because the "top soil" is SO hard, we can't even use our rototiller to till it up and plant real grass seed. So, my recommendation to future customers: let EMC do all the remediation and replacement work (you'll be very pleased); but, do NOT let them use this bad top soil and "grass" seed.
