        Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Order never arrived. Person from Philippines said they had no record or my order. Got transferred to another person who I could not understand and got transferred again.. she said they had no record of my order but credited my account but they will credit my account ( yes credit back to card. No record but credited full amount back.) I never gave my credit card either. Figure that out. Got someone in US and they apologized. That went long way when wife never received flowers for birthday. I will NEVER use this site again. They really never cared about me. I think they use people who you can Not understand so you can't argue.
