Dollar General

I went yo dollar general, to purchase a backpack and few other items there. The backpack I was trying to purchase was not priced and the was with backpacks that were priced at $5. When I saw the total amount I was confused because she said the backpack was $15 and there was no price tax saying that and I told her there should be a price tag stating that its $15 so customers can know. Her response was I know the prices with A attitude and frustration because there was a line being held up because she didnt take care of me properly. Terrible customer service. im definitely gonna start going to a different Dollar General or go to their competitions because of the service was unprofessional.

This store sucks! It's never stocked, and it never accepts the digital coupons when you enter your phone number. And the staff get smart when you ask about the coupons. Wish they had the old managers back that were here over a year ago
