I would highly recommend Barbara Rufe from fsr! I dont know how her brain is not on fire, with all the information and inquiries she handles for our condo community. Her job requires vast knowledge as well as people and communication skills. She does it all with poise!

Whenever I have contacted First Service Residential, I usually always get prompt service and information. Sometimes, my inquiry needs to be escalated to someone in management. I have had several interactions with Mariann Billitto and her timely responses and follow-up has been exemplary. She always gets back to me and looks into my issue in a quick timeframe. My emails to her are ALWAYS answered. I appreciate the dedication she provides to the community.

Wanted to share some of my experiences working with Cindy Dobos at TOA in Silver Springs. I was new to the Social Committee last year and Cindy took me under her wing and walked me through the process of putting together an event. She is tireless in her dedication to all of us. She continues to create new events and we couldn't do without her. Also putting together a pay on line system for purchasing tickets saves alot of time and effort.

Barbara R and the team have made my stay at Byers station pleasant and hassle free for the 5+ years I have been here. Recommend them to anyone considering an HOA.
