Although we had our patio installed over ten years ago, Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them highly.

Had a significant outdoor kitchen, semi enclosed space, and fireplace built. Jeff does beautiful designs and a big reason why we used him. He does very nice work, but failed to ever come back and perform around $5,000.00 worth of warranty work when the countertops that he installed cracked throughout. He actually told us the the manufacturer came out twice to look at it and still have the text saved. Sadly, he wasn't being truthful as the supply house and manufacturer had to get involved when he no longer responded to our messages. He also planted arbovite trees and left the metal root baskets on. A very sad ending to a great project. We are still stuck with the cracked counters because no other contractor wants to fix his project, despite our offer to pay them in full prior to work being performed. Again, very sad ending to what we see as a beautiful project. You bear the risk if you work with this firm. 2022 Update: we recently had an unexplained failure in the lighting contained within the paver walls installed by WJA. Worth noting for a fair review is that WJA came up immediately and determined that they had kinked a wire during the initial install. They disassembled one entire section of wall and capstones, determined the source of the fault, repaired the item and reinstalled the wall without charge. While the original issues noted in the initial review remain, it is worth noting for an accurate and fair review.
