        Very disappointed with Marriott and the response I received after logging a complaint. I will not stay at this hotel again because we were threatened by a resident while walking our dogs. I no longer feel safe to stay at this Marriott. After requesting a refund for one of two nights we stayed at the hotel, we were denied the refund. This terrible experience has made me rethink if I ever select Marriott for future stays.

        Stayed here the first time in November and December of 2021. Then again in 2023 and January 2024. The staff is very prompt to get you whatever you need to make your stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast has something for everyone's tastes. Can't say enough about the breakfast. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are both indoors and maintained daily. Nearby activities: Located just off the SR 422 exit ramp. Close to several local communities. Shopping center and restaurants are close proximity. Safety: Staff is quick to clean up and spillage. and post signs of wet floors.
