I purchased a recliner for my husband as I had previously had very good experiences with R&F. Not this time. The sales associate seemed to have little knowledge of the product I sought other than what she (and I) could read online. She attached my previous phone number from an order I had with R&F from last year without confirming or asking me if that was the correct number and despite the fact that I bought two sofas with the correct phone number since then. I attempted to pay for over 3 hours but kept getting error messages to which she said I should just keep trying. Ultimately she admitted her mistake but it cost me precious time. The recliner is being delivered on Thursday. Hoping the delivery folks outperform their sales staff.
