The flowers are fresh and beautifully arranged. They came as a Christmas gift for my mother. The delivery person was so nice and wished us a Merry Christmas! Made my day too!

My aunt had arranged for balloons and a teddy bear to be delivered for my daughter, and they were latebut the disappointment was the presentation. They put the teddy bear in some sort of plastic bag with the balloonsand just left it sitting on my step. No one called or knocked on the door. My aunt called several of times to get a ETA and no one could give her a definite answer. It was suppose to arrive before 4PM since she paid for it to be expedited (update:it was refunded) but didnt arrive until 7PM.

I received an arrangement for my birthday on April 20th. They left them unwrapped on my porch in the sun all day. They were fried, ...it's now the 23rd...will be going in the trash. My friend tried to contact them on the 21st...no way to contact. I feel horrible telling my friend about the condition of the flowers when she was just trying to help me have a special birthday....now I see these reviews?????? Wow!!!
