The worst part was dealing with the rudest checkout staff I've ever encountered. Argued with me for over 5 minutes. I refused to enter a phone number for rewards, and they wouldn't take no for an answer. No, I won't put in my mom's number. No, I don't know anyone else whose number I can put in. Then, they tried to refuse me a coupon. I pointed out that it was valid, and they sighed and said I should have communicated the coupon to my hair stylist. They begrudgingly apply the coupon, and then try to double charge me for my haircut. When I point it out, they roll their eyes and act like I'm the one being unreasonable.
I had never been to an Ulta store before, and after this I can say I won't be returning to one, either.
