I recently engaged with Shawn Doyle for Executive Coaching. I was at a professional cross-road and couldn't figure out how to transition from my current position to having my own consulting practice. The challenge for me was finding a way to get started while not losing steady income. Shawn sincerely listened to my ideas and the frustrations I've had on this journey. He helped me develop short and long term goals, pushed me to think much bigger than I've ever thought and gave me solid direction on how to methodically work towards my goals. As my mind bounced around to alternate ideas, Shawn responded to my many questions and help me stay focused. As the final details came together, he summarized everything in a practical written plan I can put to use. Shawn has much larger corporate clients than me, but I never felt any less important to him. He genuinely cares about my success and offered to be a resource for me after our formal engagement ended. I highly recommend Shawn Doyle for executive coaching and would gladly work with him again.
