Please do not use this company. My experience has been absolutely horrible and will now end in legal action. They charged me monthly for the upcoming year and then were absolutely unable to be reached. After many emails reaching and always an excuse and promise someone would get back to me they never did. I finally asked for refund for the payments made towards future taxes for myself and for my business as well as a reoccurring meeting for guidance, and with absolutely no response, engagement, anything, I requested refund and copy of my paperwork. Email was acknowledged it was received but absolutely no communication, no refund, no paperwork. This was second year I used them. I understand prior year there was personal issues which was why I had absolutely horrendous communication from so I figured it would be fixed moving forward. Since then I have been absolutely ghosted. I see post on their Facebook page so they have time to do that but not to answer me or reach out as per our agreement. I feel like they absolutely scammed me. I saw other reviews stating similar things and wish I took them more to heart. Please safe yourself the frustration and do not use them. I will be doing my best to make sure I share my experience anywhere and everywhere. This unethical behavior will also be reported and I will be reporting them to every agency I can.

I love this business. Nicole is clearly passionate about what she does. She is always up to date with news and changes in laws. I wouldn't choose anyone else.

I have been working with Nicole and her team for a couple years now and couldn't be happier. Here's what I love:
- She works with my schedule.
- She sets up regular meetings to talk about the health of my business finances and how I can manage my money and better prepare myself for tax season.
- She makes it easy for me to provide the information needed for her to do her job.
- Her bookkeeper, Josh, is great at staying on top of me to submit my statements.
- If an issue arises, she is open and honest with communication, and I know I can always trust her.
- Her services are affordable.
I would HIGHLY recommend TSBAS to any small business owner who wants to work with real humans who know their stuff and will have your back!
