The man in shipping (about 62 years old) is extremely rude and unfriendly. I asked him for a new seal and to change the seal number in BOL I got 10 mins before because I lost first one when I was working with straps.
I checked everywhere, but couldn't find it.
Rude mam was tired from work at 09:00 am. He began shouting at me. When I asked him not to talk to me in this manner, nothing was changed. The reason is - he had never heard from drivers that they lost the seal after loading. Only reason.
I compared him to a hysterical and shrill housewife, wished him to have long and difficult day.
(I wish he lost his shrill voice by the end of the day.)
The guy who loaded me was fast and friendly. 10-15 minutes for all trailer. Thank you very much!

Went here to pick up the goods on March 7th. There are not many trucks here, the loading staff are very good, and the loading time is fast. Remember to bring your pickup number and transfer it from NITTERHOUSE DR.

As with other reviews. I was loaded quickly and courteously. But the plant pots completely soaked my trailer and made my next load be rejected because it was still too wet, even after days of trying to dry it out. I'd advise this company to store their product differently.

Dont get here before your appointment.
You have to wait for your appointment.
My appointment was at 09:00am .arrived here one day before my appointment and got door at 05:40am now its 09:43 still waiting to get unloaded.
