My son went there seeking help cause his dark thoughts and instead of admitting him and helping him they told him every reason for him not to stay. How he would be alone and how his Panic attacks and anxiety would get worse behind closed doors.

All they do is talk your child down from the current issue. Two days in a row now, taken by ambulance to crisis, and after 3 hours they are calling saying she is ready for discharge. Guess we will see them again tomorrow. They dont care if your child can be kept safe or not, as long as they are currently deescalted. I think my daughter actually enjoys all the attention.

The lady was really nice and understanding. She explained everything we needed to know and gave us a list of places to call for certain services. She did everything she should have done.

Thankfully i cleared my head. I was in the basement of rock bottom. All they were concerned about was the damnable paperwork for insurance .
