Advantage Towing

My car wouldn't start. I had to call AAA who sent Advantage Towing. The technician, TIMMY, was awesome. He got there so fast, knew just what to do, and had it done in minutes! I needed a jump and I was surprised I didn't need to sit there for awhile afterwards before driving like in the old days. Timmy was so professional, yet very friendly and nice. He really made my day. If you need help I highly recommend Advantage Towing and I hope you get Timmy!

I didnt get the gentlemans name, but AAA sent him to check my battery that was dead. He signed his name Tony or Toz, cursive is tough sometimes, lol! He was great! Very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I appreciate that he had an awesome personality and chit chatted with me while he was working. You guys def have a good worker on your hands! Please tell him that I said Thankyou. He called when he was on his way and someone from the shop even called me after to make sure everything went ok. Top notch service all around! A tow service that cant take a tire off to put a spare on..They litetally couldn't take a tire off..You would think that would be a basic requirement to be a tow company.. Update..After car sitting all weekend the ford mobile techs took tire off in 30 seconds,and had the spare on in one minute..Took less than 5 mins.. Stay clear of a company who can't take a tire off. Absolutely ridiculous..How did these guys possibly become affiliated with AAA

My bf spent all day trying to get a tow through his insurance, through which he pays extra every month for towing. I came home and put a ticket in through AAA. The guy from Advantage called me like 15 minutes later to let me know he was 5 minutes up the road.
