        If you call for a price on an item, get ready to wait a week, and that’s if your lucky. Shanna says it’s not her fault that she’s understaffed and can’t do her job in a timely fashion. called in last Wednesday morning to get a price on roofing panels, one item, so Shanna had me additionally email my request to her, as well. Im assuming maybe the owners don’t provide pens to take notes at this office, possibly.. two days later, Friday, I emailed her to see if she had any info - nothing, no reply. emailed again today stating how unsatisfied I am being I’ve waited almost a week now just to get a price on one single item.. however, judging from her immediate email replies to my unhappiness this afternoon, Shanna seemingly feels extremely justified with never getting back to me and providing such a poor level of service bc she is understaffed there at ABC.. don’t waste your time. RUN!!
