Goosehead Insurance - Lisa Carr

I have recommending Lisa Carr to ALL of my clients for as long as I’ve known her. I am a busy Realtor and who I recommend to MY clients reflects right back onto me. That should speak volumes about how much I trust her. My clients love her so much. I constantly get thank you messages from them telling me how awesome she was. The service you get with Lisa is seriously top notch and I have to deal with insurance and mortgage every single day, and have for the past 13 years, so I know firsthand who is good and who is bad, and Lisa is the best of the best. She’s also an awesome person and the best doggie mother ever so there’s also that :)

Lisa is the absolute BEST! I used her for my car insurance for 7 years before buying my first house (9 years total). She made the transition from just auto insurance to bundling home and auto together absolutely seamless (and saved me money!!!)Lisa was very timely in her responses and willing to answer my million questions. She is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable! With something as important as insurance, there’s nobody better to go with!

Having Lisa handle my insurance has been like having my own personal assistant. Honestly, the first time she handled my insurance she not only got me better coverage but at a fair price. I love that Lisa is backed by the Goosehead Team! When I backed into a parked car - UGH! - it was a Sunday afternoon. I reached out to the team and it was the easiest claim process in which I have been involved. Whenever I hear of a friend/colleague that is looking for homeowners' or auto insurance I share Lisa's name/number. In fact, as a part-time real estate agent I love having a great insurance resource in my back pocket. Lisa is knowledgeable and has a passion for helping others. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I was a client of Lisa Carr for about 4 years. In my experience, Lisa does not answer the phone and she is not available. Instead she will always direct you to the Goosehead "Team". The Goosehead Team is also not available. In fact, in the entire time they have been my broker no human has ever answered the phone. The message always says that my estimated wait time is nearly 2 hours and that it will be faster if I accept a call back. When I've done that, I am lucky if the call back comes within 4 hours and, the agents say, the message always significantly underestimates the time. Lisa is not attentive and really doesn't seem to care. Goosehead is the worst Insurance broker I've dealt with in my 62 years and I've dealt with a lot of insurance brokers and agents. I would never recommend Lisa or Goosehead. Maybe you want a duck but you definitely don't want a goose.

We needed homeowners insurance due to a sudden death in the family. Lisa was kind, knowledgeable, and beyond efficient. She had us taken care of in a day!I have used her agency again after that. Zero complaints. Kudos to Lisa
