I attempted to get 4 new tires for my car, set everything up, and gave my keys to the lady attendant. Was told it's going to be an hour to about an hour and 30 minutes for the service to be done. Long story short, I get notifications that the car is being serviced and an hour plus 15 mins goes by. I returned to the car service area, and techs plus other employees are giggling standing around. The lady that started the process asked me if the car is in the back near the garage or the front parking lot? So what were you doing for an hour? Could've called or texted me about the car before I strolled off shopping for an hour. Complete waste of time and very inconsiderate. The only thing good was the prices. Pure incompetent behavior. If you need service, find it somewhere else.
