Making Waves Pool Service

This was our 2nd time using and boy what a difference. First time was great, 2nd time not so much. Showed up 5 days after scheduled closing with no call/txt or explanation. Put our cover on upside down now the dirty side is in the water. I understand we have a beast of a cover but it's not hard to figure out which side is the clean side. And lastly the price went up SIGNIFICANTLY from last time, and I understand everything is going up but a heads up would have been nice. Will not be using Making Waves again sorry to say. Making Waves is awesome company to work with. They are super knowledgable and have great customer service. They may take a few days to get back to you when you call them (because they are very busy) but I promise their work will impress. We have a large pool that was in bad shape when we bought our house. They helped us get it all cleaned up, and installed a new filter system for us. 3 years later, we were finally ready to replace our pool liner and they made some great recommendations. We ordered the pool liner and they took care of everything after that. Once the liner came in, it took them two days to fix some structural problems with our pool, install a new liner and fill and balance our pool. They were quick and efficient in getting it in and we are extremely happy with the results. The pool looks beautiful. They are also reasonably priced compared to larger pool companies in the area. Best of all, it is a small business and they really care about the service they give you and are very friendly to work with. I recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.
