To begin, normally I wouldn't do this because I work in retail but I had a school function go later than expected and planned. We show up at 8:05 pm when they close at 9 pm, and we get an instant attitude from the night staff. Not to mention when asked if here or to go they told me with arrogance, We close soon, just in case that makes you not want to stay. Now if that service wasn't enough for a great experience the food. It was cold when we ordered hot subs. I ordered and paid for a medium got a small. The other sub that I ordered has no barbeque sauce which was supposed to be on there. At the end of the day, the worst thing about it is I have been a loyal firehouse subs customer for twelve years, and this left an awful taste in my mouth. I will NOT be returning. Take your business elsewhere.

I was greeted kindly as soon as I walked in. The staff is very helpful with suggestions and sizing. Ive never felt rushed when I order in store, the atmosphere is great. The store is also very clean and well lit. My new favorite lunch spot when I work in Carlisle. Kid-friendliness: The staff is very lively and helpful with all ages. My lil cousins love when I bring them here.

Had placed a catering order 5 days in advance for box lunches for a meeting, I called to check on my order that was to be delivered at 11:30a, for them to call me back 10 minutes later to tell me there was a communication error and did NOT have my catering order, but could get it whipped up and to me within an hour....little late for that!!! WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN!!!!
