Working with Katrina to design a ring with diamonds that were very special to me but were not being worn as often as they should have been was a fun process . I honestly had no idea what I wanted other than the type of metal. Katrina truly listened to me and took her time coming up with the perfect ring for me . We do not live in the area and traveled two hours to go to Parkers based on their reputation and customer service . Katrina ,Josh and their entire staff made every encounter ,whether in person,on the phone or via email easy . I truly felt valued and heard ! They epitomize what a family owned business should be ! .

The team at Parker Jewelers are OUTSTANDING! They helped design and create several pieces for me. Including my late parents wedding bands into a necklace, a loose amethyst into a gorgeous pendant and two diamonds reset into a lovely necklace. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs
