I was skeptical; now Im a VERY SATISFIED believer in staging! Dont think about listing your home for sale without first hiring Denise, of Peach Blossom Interiors, as a consultant and stager to do a pre-listing evaluation of your house and dcor and to stage your house when you are ready to list and begin showings. I promise you, even in todays sellers market, this up-front investment will pay off in dividends. It did for us! Denise walked through and looked at our house with the unbiased eyes of a buyer. She evaluated and critiqued our home and dcor and provide detailed feedback with a thorough list of recommendations. Although our house was in pretty good condition and the dcor wasnt too outdated (only 10-15 years old) she sent us 5 pages of detailed feedback and recommendations. Be prepared! You may not like or agree with some of the recommendations. Do NOT take anything personally; just remember she there to help you. Ask me how I know! I strongly recommend contacting contact Denise at least 3 months before you plan to list your house. Depending on the number of recommendations she provides, it may take time to do all or most. She will indicate which recommendations are critical and will have the biggest pay-off and which are optional suggestions. We contacted Denise about 5 months prior to listing our house and made 90% of the 5 pages of recommendations she gave us. About a month before we listed the house, we hired her to come back and stage our house. First, she did a walk through and made notes regarding what to bring back for staging. The day before the photographer came, she came back and did the staging, and the transformation was AMAZING! Our 30-year-old house looked like a model house and the photographers pictures looked fabulous. We ended up with 41 showings and 8 offers SIGNIFICANTLY above the list price, within the first three days!!! Denise encouraged us to keep the staging until the appraisal and home inspection were completed. While the staging should not influence either one, during the inspection a staged home implies a house is well cared for. Also, appraisers take pictures of the interior of the house to help substantiate the homes valuation. A staged house looks MUCH nicer in pictures and may help prevent the underwriters from challenging the appraisers valuation. After the inspection and appraisal, Denise returned to collect all the items she supplied for the staging. Once your house has sold and you are ready to move to your new house, Denise offers interior design services too. Shes currently helping me to design the home office of my dreams! I asked Denise at Peach Blossom to help stage my home prior to placing on the market. The service provided was far more than I imagined. The home was beautifully decorated and the home only lasted on the market for 4 days. I truly believe it was because of the staging and her personal touch! We listed moms house for sale with very limited staging. We did not get much of a response which was a real problem. A good friend recommended Peach Blossom to me so we gave Denise a call. She showed up and gave us a comprehensive plan of attack. She turned moms house into a comfortable and well balanced living space. We got a great offer for her house and now were off to a new life!

Denise helped bring my Dad's home from the 1980s into the 2020s with her talents in design and staging. It's hard to believe it's the same house after she's put her touches on it!
