The worse room I've ever stayed in. The smell of smoke is overpowering, I'm in a non smoking room. It's horrible, ill sleep a few hour and then keep driving. Stay away from this hotel.

We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms were available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately.
