        Disrespectful landlord and maintenance men and the neighbors are annoying upstairs, because the landlord doesn't care and let them move there and do what they want. Landlord is racist, raised the rent 3 times in a month, steals pies from churches. Worst housing ever. On my 4th landlord

        they dont do anything when you tell them something is wrong and my neighbor is childish and ratchet ...she also had a wanted felon living with her and housing did nothing about it ...even after they arrested him right outside of her apartment
