I go here frequently because its the only Starbucks in Carlisle that has a drive through. My daily order is a Venti iced coffee add Carmel syrup, add classic (to make it sweet) and cream (half and half).. needless to say they get such a simple drink completely wrong every time I go. I make them correct it each time too. I used to work for a Starbucks years ago. I still remember how to make almost all the drinks. Its really not that hard. Seems like newbies arent being trained properly

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in PA. Amazing staff with a great sense of humor. Always nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are selling and providing to their customers. Good job!!!

A team member asked if I wanted my change back...what? It's wasnt asked as part of a donation or charity. I guess she just wanted my change?! Definition of gratuity: something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service. You have to adjust this terrible service formula!
