The Italian grazing board in the single size was delightful and I love that the Pennsylvania-made cheeses are sourced from local artisan and farmstead cheesemakers! Each selection of cheese, cured meats, and accompaniments was carefully curated. The owner helped me decide on the Italian by providing a descriptive explanation and asking thoughtful questions to understand my preferences. Her knowledge and passion for cheese made the whole thing even more wonderful. I enjoyed hearing about her previous experience working in dairy marketing and raising cows as a young person in FFA.
