        We signed a lease in March of 2018. Lease was not paid timely within the 120 day period. We sent a letter demanding payment, or surrender of the lease, once the payment deadline was missed and APP had 90 days to respond. They never responded. Then a Landman for APP called to offer an amendment to the lease to pay the bonus payment over a period of 2 or 3 years. We were willing to accept this offer, but it was completely baseless. You must call repeatedly in order to speak to anyone, or to get any answers. APP ended up surrendering our lease and I have never been more relieved to get out of a contract. They have no respect for their landowner “partners.”

        Horrible company that screws people over! Some people in my social circle had BAD experiences with these unprofessional & deceitful assclowns. They lie. Don't know how to research. Don't call you back. Unqualified, unfit, and downright STUPID employees who are uneducated & barely have their high school diplomas.
