Nancy Glickman is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.  The first time I met Nancy was because of loss of insurance.  She guided me through options with sensitivity and empathy.  The second time I contacted her, she was assisting with choosing Medicare supplements.  It was a seamless process made far less complicated because of Nancy's expertise.   Her follow up and interest in my welfare was very much appreciated.

Toward the end of 2018, my wife and I began the task of enrolling in Medicare and it quickly became obvious that doing so was not a simple matter. We really needed a Medicare expert to help us navigate the complexities of the system and Nancy turned out to be just that person. She is extremely knowledgeable on the subject but of equal importance is able to convey the information in a logical and understandable manner. She guided us thru the process, explaining the pluses and minuses of all options and in the end, because of her help, we were able to select the best plans for our situation.Her help and guidance, however, do not end there. After reviewing various Prescription Drug Plans with Nancy, we elected to go with an option that we thought would work best with our pharmacy but a plan for which she was not an agent. Nonetheless, when we ran into some difficulties with the plan, Nancy volunteered to be our advocate and thanks to her intervention, the issue is well on it's way to being resolved. If you are looking for someone to help with Medicare enrollment, you won't go wrong working with Nancy. I recommend her highly.
