        I live in Williamsburg Virginia and chose this flower shop because of the great reviews. I wanted a very special arrangement to be delivered and asked for a picture of what they had sent. I did not receive a picture of the flowers sent from them, but the recipient sent me a picture and what a disappointment. It looked like a child had arranged them and I had asked for $100 arrangement and there were just a few flowers really not acceptable.

      Hi Helen,We are very sorry you are unhappy with your order. After careful review, the arrangement you ordered had 5 different varieties of flowers plus greens and was made to the dollar value set by you. Your price also included a Mylar balloon. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee pictures because of how busy we can get. In the future, please call the store so that we can resolve any issues the same or next day. We strive to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases.
