I highly recommend The Reserve at South pointe. I had several places I was going to look at but after I seen the great landscaping, wonderful layout with high end amenities I made up my mind, this is my new home. You will love the staff from leasing agents Josh , Lauren ,and Jennifer the property manager .Their great personalities great communication and excellent maintinance crew will meet your every need. I couldn't be happier.

Beautiful property, you can tell the staff and management team care about the property as it well maintained. There is always some type of resident event happening and the office is always decorated nicely.

The area around the Reserve is quite nice and peaceful. The people around the area are a big mixture of nice and caring to people who literally look into your windows while walking their dog. Management doesnt take requests seriously and hopefully the contract of the current team is up soon and things get better. They refuse to fix the security issues so ANYONE can enter your building at any time with ZERO repercussions instead of having to use the Key Fob that they gave us when we moved in and will charge us for if we lose it. They do, however, have a partnership with Piata Pay that has really helped me out a lot. Piata Pay boosted this review from 1* to 3*s because by using them to pay my rent, it has helped my credit score! I have won several things from them including $250 gift cards (Home Depot and Wholefoods), nutribullet food processor and blender, a FireHD tablet, among several other things! They even payback $20 every month for paying rent through my Piata Pay account. Maybe if Piata owned the Reserve, I would give a much more glowing review. Piata Pay is THE best thing about living here
