I contemplated going to BeBalanced for over a year. Before my first appointment, I read The Hormone Shift book to be sure it was a good fit for me. Im so happy I started this program as I sleep better, have more energy, and am down 35 lbs. Since turning 50, I have struggled to lose weight despite all my efforts to be healthy. In this program, I experienced immediate and steady weight loss when in Phase 2 which is so motivating. The clean eating has helped me establish habits that are better for my health. I have tried to lose weight for years and nothing has worked for me! A friend recommended BeBalanced and since my first appt. I never looked back! The program worked for me immediately and I lost all the weight! My doctor was thrilled with my latest bloodwork and my weight loss! I have cut my meds in half and the goal is to get rid of them all together! The supplements they offer are top notch and reasonable. I don't think you can put a dollar figure on your health. THIS PROGRAM WORKS! Ive been an athlete my whole life. Weight loss was never an issue. Once menopause hit that all changed. For five years I was trying every weight loss app, working out longer to burn calories and ultimately starving myself. Nothing worked because the problem was hormones. I met with Anne at BeBalanced and was so impressed with her knowledge. She said to trust her and I did. Down almost 40 lbs and feeling amazing.
