        Dawson was beyond helpful when upgrading our family phones--FOUR phones....and he assisted me with Directv streaming to decrease my monthly bills!! He was also so patient and sweet with other customers who were older--helped them with such sincerity and not attempting to just keep making somebody buy stuff!!
