KinderCare has been a great experience for our three kids! The care and attention they receive is excellent. The staff is keeps us up to date. KinderCare's app keeps us connected and informed throughout the day. The staff is professional and friendly. We highly recommend!

We enrolled our child and posted a deposit only to have KinderCare unenroll him days before the start of the school year. To add insult to injury, when we inquired about a refund for the deposit they told us it would take 7-10 business WEEKS to refund our deposit (presumably because they had already spent our money). I would avoid this daycare provider if at all possible, they are extremely unprofessional. I wouldve given zero stars if it was possible.

I capitalized WEEKS to emphasize that I did not mean days. I called back after 7-10 business days had passed and Kindercare staff advised me that it would be 7-10 weeks. As of this update (10-12-2021) I have not received a refund for my deposit.

My school age child loves going here! He enjoys the teachers and well as his friends and has learned so much! they are always so flexible and easy going when it comes to helping with my child!

Lets start with Lauren and Ashley who are truly amazing. They are the face and voice of this facility and they do such a fantastic job! Theyre very attentive, patient, helpful, and communicative, especially during this pandemic when those things are needed the most. The teachers (two year old rooms) are fun, exciting, patient and truly cares. Our little one has learned so much, and always comes home and says she played with friends and read books. They send fun videos throughout the day of the kids and what theyre doing which is awesome because we can later ask questions or continue their lessons from the day. Overall would recommend this facility and my covid experience with them couldnt have been better. They do go above and beyond to make sure our kiddos are safe!
