My mother was brought here due to some symptoms that are concerning for her cancer diagnosis. They messed up her first IV. Then an hour later when they tried to put another in, and couldn't get it right the nurse picked the guaze up from where it fell on the floor and put it on the open wound.

I am giving this hospital five stars. The staff was friendly in dealing with me. They got me back in a very timely manner. They dealt with my issue. I was in and out and about 2 hours and when hooking me up to the heart monitor even though the mail nurse was not seeing my chest he still had a nurse present because he was sticking the heart monitor pads up on my chest. Cleanliness is definitely great and the doctor was amazing.

If I could give this hospital a zero, I would. First, just let me say, the nursing staff have been incredible over the past few weeks, it's the doctors that are the problem. My son was hit in a head on collision in October, spent 8 days in the hospital, we met his trauma Dr and the neurosurgeon once in 8 days and that was the morning after being admitted to the ICU with a fractured neck. After 8 days my son was sent home to await surgery. We have talked to no one but the nursing staff, whom can't provide information. We have to wait for a Dr who isn't willing to come talk to us!.so here it is, the day of my son's surgery, we are notified that the surgery went well but once again,no Dr to talk to us about the care of our son. Now I understand that my son is technically an adult, but his father and I are the ones taking care of him, therefore need to know information, which my son gave permission for us to receive. However, the self entitled Dr who thinks he lives in a world where other people's time doesn't matter, can't be bothered to come talk to us. My son has been out of surgery for almost 3 hours at this point.
