Buying a home for the first time can be an overwhelming process, but Hardy made it a breeze for my husband and I! Hardy Hill is incompetent, lies, and made the whole process miserable. He took 6 days to get us a pre-approval. The realtor had to call him and say, hey, give them something. He rarely quoted numbers or would run scenarios. He mostly talked about feelings and possibilities. Our approval was based on my husband's income only, so the debt to income ratio was tight. Hardy never told us that there was a $400 charge off on my husband's credit that was being included in our monthly payment - until the week before closing! If he had told us when we applied, we would have paid it off! And we would have had a bigger budget to work with. He never reviewed our credit or monthly budget with us. He never explained the VA terms for unmarried applicants, so we had to rush to get married. He had the realtor talk to us because he didn't know how to talk about the terms of the loan. Hardy Hill was incompetent, unable to have difficult conversations, or help create a positive outcome. Our realtor did most of the work for him.
