Excellent training for day to day usefulness. You can learn bojuka far faster than a complex martial art. Its a brilliant system.

I've been learning BOJUKA from Tom Schrenk since over an year. This is a no BS 100% reality based self defense art. The stuff we train here is how to defend street level assaults, against knives, guns, sticks/batons, multiple attackers etc. This system works for everyone from regular civilians who just want to defend themselves in situations to armed professionals like cops, army, marines etc. Tom Schrenk has created this system many years ago while he worked for US Marshalls and everything he teaches are derived from real life street assaults by convicted felons. I'd highly encourage anyone to try this system.

No nonsense self defense. Situational awareness training, armed and unarmed assailant response, joint locks, pressure point manipulation and more. Very good course.
