I was very disappointed. They told me they did ethnic hair, but when I arrived my scheduled hair stylist said she didn't have much experience doing ethnic hair, so i didnt feel comfortable proceeding. My first time there will be my last.

I am very frustrated with this place as I had extremely bad experience. My wife had consultation for highlights and we agreed on the price quoted by the stylist and I also paid them deposit for my appointment as per their request. Next day I received the call from owner that stylist does not want to proceed as she think it will cost more. She looked at my wife's hairs and we agreed on the price she quoted, now she is backing off that she quoted wrong price. I am really disappointed with the owner as well as he should have asked stylist to provide the services she agreed upon as she committed to it. This is not a fair way to deal with your customer when you committed to something. His behavior was inappropriate and not acceptable. His response was that there are plenty of stylist in the area but that doesn't give you authority to back off from your commitment.

My first time at Chic Hair Design was a WONDERFUL experience! Hair designer, Toni, cut my hair and she did a EXCELLENT job!! This is my new place to go!!
