Went to the shop to place an order for flowers because I wanted something very specific for a unique situation. The florist who took my order documented each detail and carefully verified what I was asking for. She was extremely helpful. The flowers that were delivered were exactly as discussed.

My mother sent flowers via 1800Flowers for our 35th anniversary. What was sent looked nothing like what she ordered- very small, wilted and turning brown. She called 1800flowers who passed along the disappointment to this florist. The florist called me and basically said that 1800Flowers didnt pay them enough to make the bouquet ordered. They were rude and dismissive to me on the phone, acting as if it were my fault I didnt get what my mother paid for and that my expectations were too high. Really??? The bouquet on the left is what they sent. It was supposed to be a large bouquet as paid for. Compare what they sent compared to what Lisas Floral Shoppe in Newville did as a replacement bouquet of the right. Night and day difference. Go to Lisas
