For the most part, good therapy. However, I feel that the owner isnt great for this kind of therapy, yet she still does it. Not very friendly. Other therapists that Ive met here are great.

I have had worked for a 1 year and 2 months with the councellor Sara Bupp from West Shore Wellness LLC, and the amount of understanding, insight and sense of perspective that I get from each session is immense. Given the fact that I am a war refugee, recent immigrant to the U.S., representative of minority, and just a usual complex human being, therapy with Sara Bupp became a source of profound support, self-understanding and personal growth throughout my journey: from first steps in the country, like first voluntering experience, first job, conflicts, variety of situations, to everyday complexities of coming to terms with myself, new culture, navigating work and family life relationship world and beyond, dealing with identity crisis and toll of war. Sara's intercultural awareness and international background keeps striking me as something that can be rarely found and as one of the strongest assets among the many that our collaboration offers. Her incredible analytical skillset, compassion, out of the box thinking, creativity, use of strong metaphors, advanced problem solving skills and extensive knowledge are invaluable assets to me.
Beyond personal therapy, I took part in family therapy session, during which Sara created a unique space, which made a relevatory difference to quality of that important relationship, gave a such necessary push to have difficult but necessary discussions in daily life with and without her presence (which is crucial as councellor should give us tools to handle daily life independently and in a self-sufficient way). The treatment is always very kind and humane, respectful and professional.
The West Shore Wellness LLC is a very good space in my eyeas, it became a hub and support for wide variety of people that I observe there. Other councellors are friendly, it's warm, cozy and comforting atmosphere, everything being in clean, neat, orderly state, well-kept plants showcase that it's a soul's place for the owners, councellors and that they understand their invaluable mission in community and society beyond. A good selection of teas and coffees, relaxing music create an island of peace personally to me in this very hectic world sometimes. It's a source of comfort and great joy to feel that you are in excellent hands. Based on above mentioned explanation and many things that won't fit into this review, I will tirelessly recommend Sara Bupp and West Shore Wellness LLC. I have given my recommendation before, and my friend has been very grateful and happy to find their own support in very stormy sailing and beyond. Surprisingly, the average review doesn't reflect the real value I get from West Shore LLC, it's a true investment into own well being and prosperity.
