Better off with a public defender because they will do a better job. He charges with no results and no communication and thinks his doing your a favor.

Definitely not a for children or custody. Still trying to figure out the whole he put me in. Like he did it on purpose. Talk to me like up brother bc I'm black. Utterly hated it.

Mr. Kelley represented my husband in a criminal case which my husband took to trial. I would call for updates from him which would result in him cussing at me and yelling at me. He would state all of the things he was doing to prepare for trial. When it was time for the trial he offered zero defense for my husband's case. He put no one on the stand to defend my husband. During a recess at the trial I questioned what he was doing and he flipped out causing the courtroom security to become concerned. Ultimately his lack of representation and failure to cross examine the prosecution witnesses resulted in a conviction in my husband's case which he was sentenced to a state prison term of 5-10 years. My husband filed a post conviction relief appeal against Mr . Kelley for ineffective counsel. This process could take several years before my husband is given a new trial because of Mr. Kelley's incompetence This man should not be allowed to practice law.

Gary Kelley is a no show and a fake lawyer. He never showed to my custody hearing and i lost my boys. Never returned my calls. Hes a joke. He needs to retire or get a new profession because hes def not good as a lawyer. That one star is a joke.
