        Poor communication and high pricing. Your better off going to your local home improvement store. Very unprofessional to not communicate with customers on their order status

        Ive ordered from IDI of Bethlehem many times. I had a near $7,000 order scheduled for delivery on Thursday 4/7. I placed this order, and scheduled delivery, over a week in advance. On 4/6 (the day before expected delivery) I call to find out what time the driver will arrive so that I can be there to help unload. They tell me they suddenly dont have 80% of my order in stock anymore, and it will be at least a week until they can get more. Nobody ever reached out to let me know that my delivery wouldnt be arriving, or that it would be only 20% of what I ordered if it did arrive. Terrible communication. Theyre still blaming their irresponsibility on Covid-19. But why not call and tell me a few days in advance that they dont have most of my order, so that I could make different arrangements? Never using IDI of Bethlehem again. Extremely disappointed. Major set back. -Oh, did I mention? My local Lowes beat their quote by over 1500 dollars initially, before I called IDI to question it, and they decided they could price match Lowes. Ridiculous.

        The one driver I met before opening hours was nice and helpful. The docks are located on the back side and the road isn't busy when I arrived so the a sleeper can use the left lane to turn in. The yard is small. Will edit later if need to.
