610 Motors has been exceptional with service and communication. I was referred by a friend who highly recommended Sergios work after my 2015 Lexus IS 250 was hit in a parking lot. The car had damage to the rear driver door. Sergio(shop owner) was very professional when I initially spoke with him and he remained that way throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with Sergios prompt responses to my emails and questions. As we all know, dealing with insurance companies can be drawn out, frustrating and very stressful. Sergio was clear. He outlined the entire process so I knew what to expect, and he explained what I was responsible for when the repairs were complete. The paperwork he provided was detailed and he stood by the quality of his work. I sent photographs and an initial estimate from the liable partys insurance to his shop. Sergio went the extra mile to communicate with the insurance company to ensure that full payment was made (a task that can be very daunting!). I am very grateful for his efforts especially since I avoided out of pocket costs for the repairs. Thank you Sergio. My Lexus looks brand new and over the past week, I have received positive feedback from colleagues and friends about the work that was done to repair the extensive damage. My response was to share and recommend the shop where I took my vehicle. Its clear that Sergio takes pride in his work and upholds a strong commitment to customer service. I highly recommend 610 Motors.

After communicating over the phone and via email for several days about an appointment on a specific day and time we were told the appointment was never actually put in their system. Even after an invoice for the job was created and sent, indicating the appointment should have been a done deal, we were told the earliest they could get us in was almost an entire week later. There was no attempt to own up to their mistake and accommodate us showing a severe lack of concern for providing good customer service. I will never consider this shop again and will make sure to tell others to avoid them as well. Edit: 1. The appointment was made over the phone, whoever answered the phone supplied the email address to discuss more details. If a second confirmation was necessary this should have been communicated. 2. Weve already found another shop to do the same job for us (and on a much sooner date) and were never planning to come back in the first place but thanks I guess? 3. Sometimes being a Karen is necessary to ensure others dont suffer the same headaches, this is what reviews are for. Have a great weekend!!!
