They are not very friendly actually down right rude, they know that people who need their help have mental health problems so it is easy for them to just wave them off because they can not defend themselves or stick up for themselves, payees often treat them like trash and act as though it is their personal money they are giving to them even though it's the client's money,the payees are trusted to handle the client's money but not to abuse their control they have over them, I have heard client's beg for their own money and if you complain about the payee you really get treated badly because the supervisor is even worse, it is really sad to see..I would report it because I think it's abuse of power but I don't know how.
