        I go to doctors and test a this location. I have always been treated with care and respect. I like the location and the care I have received has bee excellent.

        On July 11th 2022 i had an X-ray order to be done on my left R knee, I was told it takes 1-2 days for results which is correct, Ive had X-rays here before. Well its now Friday, no results. I called the physician assistant office who ordered it and the operator looked to see In my chart for results if read by radiology, NO!! She said they have had numerous calls by others about their X-ray results also, and wasnt sure if radiologist or whomever reads them was on vacation or what the issues are. Why did the X-ray dept take the X-rays then! Did they know there was no one to read them and why didnt they send them elsewhere or inform patients? This is bad, if people who are ill worse off than me still waiting then what? Ive never experienced anything like this here until now, patients are waiting and want answers
