Darryn and Michael replaced our Sofit and Facia as well as gutters and downspouts for us. They did quality work at a very fair and honest price. Darryn was always super nice and responsive to our questions and our emails. In addition, they added an inside ceiling on our front porch and it looks fantastic! I spoke to Darryn at John Family Home Improvements, choosing them specifically after reading their business "our story" on Nextdoor. It stated that they fix other companies mistakes. Darryn understood my issues and after looking at my house gave an estimate and agreed to send an email. As they left they noticed some fascia that was loose and volunteered to include it in the repairs. I texted my email to them but received no reply, even after leaving voice messages on their phone. I'm sure anyone would appreciate a contractor giving you a reply even if they changed their decision to work on your project, so the customer is not left in limbo.

Darryn stopped by at the drop of a hat when we had an urgent need to have some things looked over on our roof. He gave honest advice and was not pushing anything to try to generate work -- just objectively assessed the things we needed to have inspected. Knowledgeable, experienced, honest.
