    Updating to respond to West Central. It as anyone can read below isn't one issue but a few, we bought a new tractor expecting in good operating order. It obviously was leaking fluid at your site for a while to be down a quart. The hydraulic pump was whining, fluid shouldn't be a quart low after three hours of use. Plus the deck gear box leaked all of its oil out when we used the load n go. After speaking with other dealers we found that Brandi your service managers description of the issue varies greatly from other service Centers knowledge of this apparently common issue with the 1025r. All we asked for was a new tractor without issues, not a refund, there seems to also be communication issues. We sent several pictures to help you understand..we will be trading the tractor and cut our losses. We need something dependable, its already been out of service half the time we owned it. ...end of update. .Purchased a 2023 1025R with loader and backhoe with the deck, plow, ballast box, weights, light package, seat cover, and box scraper from West Central. After delivery we found the hydraulic fluid leaking, down a quart, whining pump. Also, the deck is severely corroded and all of the fluid leaked out of the gearbox. Tractor is less than a month old with 10 hrs. The tractor already needing repairs. It obviously was not checked before delivery. The sales rep had trouble with the tractor and deck while showing us before delivery how to use it. I should have known better. Was supposed to be a happy experience. John Deere says my contract is between me and the dealer and they can not help. Most likely I will trade it in so I have something reliable. Oh and the seat cover also broke when installing it.

    Horrible place do not buy here and do not take your tractor for repair. Rude service manager and tells you a liar. Spent over 3.000 extra due to their poor service. Do not trust them horrible horrible they tell you to call the corporate office. Do not care about service or you.

Hi Dan, we understand your frustration with having warranty issues with your new tractor. We have fixed the minor issues with your machine and it is in good working condition with a full factory warranty. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds nor can we “swap out” another tractor on equipment like this, (much like a vehicle purchase), but feel that wanting to trade out is kind is a rash decision that we cannot support. We are confident that given the chance this machine and our support will do you well over its lifetime.

Mr. Morgan the issue you are referring to is damage to your mower deck. We apologize, but physical damage to the mower deck is not covered as a manufacturer’s defect that would be covered under warranty.
