        Poor help,, don't know how many times I filled for help with my heating and was turned down,,they said I didn't sign paperwork,, thank you for making it hard on me in the winters ,,thank you for helping people who don't need it,, thank you for giving the greedy more than the people who do need help,,

        They've been very helpful as I struggle through this paperwork. All you really need to do is ask, be courteous, and try to use the right vocabulary. It's an unnecessarily complex process, but our local people are really nice about helping.
