My biggest complaint is the limited amount of trash allowed to be disposed of without an option for the "excess". Two of reside in rental unit and are unable to abide by the small amount permitted to be removed. We are not allowed to purchase either extra carry away, or an outside provider to do so. Nor have we been offered any other options as to removal issues...other than illegal ones. It seems we are now the Soviet Union of old where gov't/corporatipns dictate when, where, how much, etc. we can do.
I will, when I have a choice(haha), not ever purchase this company's service.
I really feel for those who have a family and produce more trash than a chicken.
